Today wasn’t just a Bootcamp — it was a reunion of people who have grown, changed, struggled, and persevered since the days we trained together on Zoom. You showed up with courage, humour, grit, and heart. The exercises were brutal, the padwork was fierce — but you stayed together through every rep.
