NMA Bootcamp 2025

Yes, that’s right, it’s back again!!

Some of you may remember our original Bootcamp sessions over Zoom; I’m sure they got harder every week, but every week the same dedicated crew turned up with a smile and gave it everything they had! Last year, as part of NMA’s 20th Anniversary celebrations we brought Bootcamp back from the ashes for what was meant to be a one-off in person revival of the good ol’ days.

Well, it was too much fun to not do again, so here it is, NMA’s 2nd annual Adult Bootcamp!

All current NMA students aged 16+ are welcome to join us on Sunday 7th September from 12 – 1.30pm for Bootcamp 2025! You don’t need to have done any of our previous Bootcamps to take part. Be prepared for punching, kicking, lunges and burpees galore in this fast-paced Taekwondo fitness session! No belts required, but please do bring a drink as it’s going to be a tough one!

The session itself is free, but with your entry below you can pre-order a limited edition Bootcamp 2025 Tshirt to remember the sweaty occasion! These will be the same Neoteric™ textured fabric as our popular Club TShirts at the same price, but the design and colour combination will be a surprise to be unveiled on the day!

October 2025 Black Belt Grading Applications

For those of you wanting to take part in the upcoming Black Belt Grading the following dates apply:

Sat 16th Aug: Deadline for Application Form & Grading Fee etc.

You can find our Black Belt Application Form in the Student Zone.

Wed 27th Aug: Theory Test (1st Kup Only)
18:00 – 20:00 @ Emersons Green Village Hall

Please ensure you attend both sessions at Emersons Green from 6 – 8pm (both the Adult Class and the Black Belt Class). Half of you will be training in the first class and completing the test in the 2nd class, the other half will complete the test in the first class and train in the 2nd.
