Black Belt Training Sessions

Black Belts who missed the July Patterns Course can now book a place on one of the October Pre-Grading Training Sessions to get their stamp on Sun 6th Oct and/or Sat 12th Oct. This must be done in advance; you will not be able to turn up and pay on the day.

Black Belts who attended the July Patterns Course do not need to attend but may wish to do so for additional training.

All students entered into the upcoming Black Belt Grading will be automatically registered and do not need to apply.

Please note that there are different venues and dates available, so please select the one that works best for you. Please keep an eye on your emails after applying in case of any change in start time.

Lastly, if you don’t have an up-to-date licence slip in your Black Book please see us next lesson for your slip.

Southern Championships

If you are interested in taking part in the Southern Championships on Saturday 5th October please read the PDF below, fill out the Competition Entry Form and return it to us. Payment can be made via bank transfer to the same account as fees. Spectator tickets can only be purchased on the door for this event.

Black Belts who wish to officiate can apply here.

The deadline date is Saturday 21st September.

NMA Adult Bootcamp

Those of you who joined us on Zoom during covid may remember our Adult Bootcamp Sessions. Starting as a one-off “LEGacise” session it quickly become a 6 month legacy with a finishers tshirt!

We were blown away with your unwavering commitment to becoming stronger and fitter. You turned every week with a smile, constantly pushed your boundaries, and became the most amazing support network for each other in such incredibly difficult times.

To celebrate 20 Years of NMA we are bringing Bootcamp back from the ashes for a one-off, in person, long awaited revival!

All current NMA students aged 18+ are welcome to join us on Sunday 25th August from 12 – 1.30pm for Bootcamp 2024! Be prepared for punching, kicking, lunges and burpees galore in this fast-paced Taekwondo fitness session! No belts required, but please do bring a drink as it’s going to be a tough one!

The session itself is free, but with your entry below you can pre-order a limited edition Bootcamp 2024 Tshirt for £15. These will be the same Neoteric™ textured fabric as our popular Club TShirts, but the design and colour combination will be a surprise to be unveiled on the day!
