If you entered the Welsh Championships your wristband will be ready for collection at your next lesson.

Black Belts can now book a place on the Black Belt Patterns Course on Sunday 2nd July by going here. This must be done in advance; you will not be able to turn up and pay on the day. April 2023 Colour Belt Grading

Good luck to everyone taking part in tonight’s Colour Belt Grading! Don’t forget it’s being held at Emersons Green Village Hall on Emersons Way. Start time is 6pm with doors opening at 5.45pm. Finish time should be approximately 7.30pm.
